Shake well before use. It is best used early in the morning on an empty stomach. May be combined with juice. Adults consume one tablespoon daily.

Adults consume one capsule daily with food and water

Adults mix one sachet with at least 16.9 fl. oz. of hot/cold water. Consume 30 minutes before eating. Consume two sachets daily.
